How to Use the Home Page Activity Center

The Activity Center on the Nediso home page is likely to become one of your most valuable resources. The activity center allows you to quickly access the activity history for any customer account or lead. Once you select a customer/lead, you are provided with a list view that allows you to: - Access any open items connected to the customer/lead,
- Quickly create a new item for the customer/lead, and
- View, search, and access items from the Activity History
To Locate and Manage a Customer/Lead’s Activity History - Click Home. See the Activity Center widget
- Enter all or part of the customer/lead name into the Find field
- If searching for a lead, change the selection to Lead for the In drop-down menu
- Click Go
- Click
to view more details for the Customer/Lead - If adding a new item to a customer/lead,

- Click the Icon for the item you wish to add
- Complete the form provided
- Click Save
- If editing/reviewing an existing Open Item,
- If not already selected, click the item type
- Locate the desired item and click the hyperlinked Subject to open it
- If editing, make changes as needed and save any changes made
- If searching for a particular open item/activity:
- Use the Show and/or Search field under Activity History to narrow down the list as needed

- Click the hyperlinked item to open its details
- If editing, make changes as needed and save any changes made
